A couple of months ago, Celebrity Hair & Make Up Artist, Andrea Claire and Celebrity Photographer Extraordinaire, Zurina Bryant teamed up to produce #AZMondayMakeover.

No edits, no photoshop.

Review: One Mascara To Rule Them All, Maybelline's Lashionista Mascara!

I think I have gone a long way when it comes to eyelashes. I used to be insanely crazy about fake eyelashes, then I grew lazy and went all bonkers when I discovered eyelash extensions. After some time, I realised not only is it harmful for my eyelashes, it starts poking my eyes after some time and causes them to swell. In addition, it is not very friendly on my pockets! 

Then I went the traditional route, mascaras. Economical, worth every penny and doesn't cause me much problems. Let's just say before this, I wasn't very brand loyal to any of the mascaras I've used until I found Maybelline's Lashionista mascara. Pink, pretty and chic! 

Doesn't clump, lengthens like mad and doesn't smudge. Then again, I feel that it's always about the technique. No matter what mascara you use, if your technique of applying mascara sucks, you won't ever be able to achieve the look you want! Practice makes perfect ladies. Never say never!!

Ain't no sunshine when you're gone

Been changing and buying new make up recently. Am now using Maybelline's Lashionista Mascara. Take a look at those long lashes. Love how the mascara gives me length. My lashes are quite long so with my new mascara, it's even longer. Beyond mascaras, I've switched to using Mac make up. This includes primer, foundation, powder and lipstick. It's AMAZING how make up primer really makes a huge difference and my make up last even longer throughout the day. Love, love, love!!

A few weeks ago, I browsed through Sutra and found an exclusively designed Jalabiya by Tha Runway and contacted the Nur' Ain straight away. Ordered one for myself. Can't wait to collect it next weekend! She also does make up services. :)

I've said this time and time again, I love Za's 2 way cake. It's perfect for my skin tone. Za was having this limited edition set which I thought was pretty worth it.

My Halloweeeeeeeen make up!!

In the spirit of Halloween, yours truly decided to do a trial doll up session for herself. Actually I was invited to go to the media preview of Frightfest @ Singapore Flyer. It's the flyer's version of Halloween but a day before that I was down with flu and high fever, so my mum didn't allow me to go. Besides, my nose was leaking badly and it's extremely uncomfortable. Even if I forced myself to go, I wouldn't be able to enjoy myself. I guess this year's Halloween really didn't go well. Maybe it's just not fated :) 

So... This year I wanted to dress up casually just with AMPLE make up on my face. Why? Because I wanted to be a Date from Hell. Guys, you know how you extremely hate girls with TOO MUCH make up on their faces? Yes, I wanted to be that girl for Halloween. To be honest, I'm parodying someone. Shall not name any names. Let's just call the person.... CAKEFACE? :)

I've never  really been much of a make up junkie. Most of the time, I'll just wear my usual toner, moisturizer, BB cream, 2 way cake, mascara and lip gloss. I rarely use eyeshadown because I'm not really never good at it. :( So I was really honoured when Shopping District contacted me to review the products on my blog!! :) (The blogshop owner loves my blog btw!! :P )

As you can see... I have ALOT of pimple scars. I am probably one of of the only bloggers whose skin condition is really bad. Hahahahaha I've had pimples since I was in PRIMARY SCHOOL. Yes, it is that bad. I guess now, the pimples pop up now and then but the scars still stays.

share a really good foundation with you girls!

This is definitely a MUST HAVE in my make up case.

I wanted to by the ZA-two way cake refill because I finished. 

The current one I'm using now is from Korea and sometimes I feel that 

it's too fair for me and I also feel that it does not really suit my tanned skin.
