The other day, I surprised my family with an impromptu trip to Raffles Hotel's Jubilee Hall theatre to catch a renowned illusionist, Joe Labero. I have to say that I found the show extremely mind-blowing. Man, I couldn't help but feel SUPER amazed while watching the show. Don't worry, I won't reveal too much details because I don't wanna spoil the show for you. However, I have to say that it is seriously worth every penny and you should totally catch it! 

In fact, I was talking to my colleague just now about dating in Singapore and there's just not much to do here other than usual.. This could be a breath of fresh air for you and your significant other. =)

Wings Of Time, Sentosa's New Signature Night Show!

If you don't already know, the iconic Sentosa night show called the Songs Of The Sea recently made its last debut a couple of months ago. Now, Sentosa has prepared a whole new night show called the Wings Of Time - their new signature evening extravaganza for locals and overseas guests! Unfortunately, I missed the media preview due to my busy schedule but I heard from my other media friends that the show is even better and more entertaning this time! 

Wings of Time redefines conventional rules of story-telling with a poetic take to a tale of friendship and courage. The story of two teenagers, who help a bird-like creature, Shahbaz, find its way home, comes to life through an experiential fusion of multimedia effects, a catchy music score, and live talent performances. I don't want to spoil the show for you so I'm not gonna reveal more about the storyline. 

I think it's a great way to spend your evening with your family and your loved ones! Heard there are fireworks too. ;) Do you know that it's the world's only permanent night show of its kind?

The Hari Raya season is almost here again.

Hari Raya is a special occasion to me. I like the idea of visiting my relatives, wearing our traditional Malay costumes and not forgetting the yummy Hari Raya goodies! The atmosphere of the Hari Raya season is very different as compared to normal days. Here's a picture of my friends and I playing with bunga api. 

I'm sure many of you are starting to look for a place to order your Hari Raya goodies! 

The kind souls from Ume's Delights sent me a generous amount goodies for me to try out last weekend. I also brought some cake samples to work for my colleagues to try!

I found all the 4 cakes extremely delicious. One thing I really liked was the fact that the cakes were moist and not dry unlike the others I have tried. Not sure whether you've probably heard of Deli Maslina? My family used to order our cakes from them. However, over the years, the quality of cakes have deteriorated and it is now pretty overpriced so I've decided that it is perhaps time to order from someone else. My mum also agrees that the Kek Lapis Rempah from Ume's delights is the best that she has ever tasted. Did you know that their cakes are freshly baked using SCS butter? Really glad I tried the cakes from Ume's Delights before ordering from anyone else. I've informed them that I will be ordering 1 Hari Raya Set for my family!

Last year, I blogged about getting sponsored shoes all the way from Le Bunny Bleu Hongkong.

They actually sent me 2 pairs of shoes but I haven't worn the other pair because it did not suit my style. Furthermore, I have really broad feet so this pair doesn't look flattering when I tried them out. I wish I could rock this pair though. Truly wish I could! But oh well....

Wah... I'm a super on blogger. Since this post is a pretty simple I decided to be efficient and do my blogging today. I deserve a round of applause please. Not forgetting flowers. KEKEKE 

Yesterday, I went for a ride on a disco stick. KIDDING.

I went to for Haagen Dazs' Journey of Indulgence ride on an open top bus from Esplanade through the Orchard area to enjoy the Christmas lighting! Today, I've got 2 pairs of invites to giveaway!! :D
