You know what I really dislike? Misleading advertisements. 

This was an advertisement on Facebook which led me to http://groupon.sg when clicked. 

So this sillygirl1992 even signed up for an account.

& I thought I was on my way to getting free contact lens samples. O.o

Finally. Something to blog about!

Last week, I was given the privilege to sit inside
a classroom with a few kids in it.

My bestfriend was supposed to teach them to make a puppet,

and it was quite an eye opener for me.

I've never been good with kids, especially stubborn ones.

Maybe because I am one of them.

I remember how someone said I was being too fierce

with kids that I scare them.

Boohoo. ~~

So really. Do i wanna be a teacher after getting this diploma?

Its not too late to turn around and get into teaching.

Well, like what they said...

If you can't, teach.

HAHAHAHAHH.

Seriously. I think being a teacher means

you get paid to be a hypocrite.

Like a really pesky hypocrite all your life

just because you are a teacher.

I hate the part when you gotta make sure you behave well,

set a good example for your students and stuff like that.

However, we all know that the prospects of being a teacher is motfkg good.

Oh well. But then again.....

If i become a teacher, I gotta make sure whatever footprints

I leave on the cyberworld are good footprints.

No more being...... ME.

Nooooooooo. That will not happen.....

BUT I LIKE KIDS. ESPECIALLY BULLYING THEM.

Youth Day = SO LAME.

So apparently, yesterday was Youth Day.

So secondary, primary and JC kids enjoy a 'holiday' today.

SO REALLY.

Let's go back to the meaning of YOUTH.

According to the Ministry of Community Development, Youth & Sports,

a youth is ANYONE AGED BETWEEN 15-35.

Don't believe me? Then do some research.

So what is 'Youth Day' again?

"Youth Day is a holiday dedicated to the youths of a country".

Right.

Why are the primary school kids getting an off day too then?

I mean the oldest they could be is like 13 or so,

that isn't considered the age group for youths right?

Of course I am right.

But then again, polytechnic students aren't given this 'Youth Day' holiday?

I'm sure a majority of us fall under this category .

Oh well, maybe I'm just a sour grape because I didn't get the day off

and had to go to school on a Monday.

Complain, complain, complain.

That's what I do.

P.S:// Might as well scrap off the whole 'holiday'.

Its just so lame. No one cares anyway.
