MynameisQUE;
I first got to know about Jtown Cafe through Calvin via his tweets
and when I saw, the words Black Pepper Bakso and
Durian Martabak, I told myself that I had to try it myself.
You know what's the best part?
There's a straight bus from Singapore Polytechnic to the cafe!
You can just take 106 and alight opposite Somerset 313, directly in front
of Midpoint Orchard.
It was an impromptu lunch date with a friend so I didn't
bring my camera. Had to resort to using my friend's iPhone. LOL.
Sorry for the not so clear pictures!
My friend ordered Bakso Rebus.
I asked her, "Wah, you eat meatballs only ah? Diet is it?".
I asked her, "Wah, you eat meatballs only ah? Diet is it?".
Apparently, she's sick of eating noodles as most of the houses she visited
during Raya served fried noodles. LOL.

Honestly, I don't believe her. She must be dieting but she just
didn't want to admit it. Hehehehe.
Yes, I ordered the Black Pepper Bakso!

I have to say, it exceeded my expectations. Damn nice!
Spicy and delicious. Just the way I like it!
However, somehow Calvin's version of the noodles had more
gravy. Mine was rather dry. Still delicious tho. :)
Here's Pangsit Goreng.

My friend wanted to try the Pangsit Rebus.

I liked the Pangsit Goreng better than the Pangsit Rebus.
I think its not a secret that I like fried stuff. Explains the figure eh?
hehe. It was crispy and its my first time eating this.

Impressed!
Hehehe my god. We ate so much. There's still more to come!
I JUST HAD TO TRY THE DURIAN MARTABAK.

Me love durians! Yums!
But you know what was wayyy better than the Martabak Durian?
CHEESE!
This is definitely a MUST TRY if you visit Jtown Cafe!
If you are a cheese lover, cues Sadali, you should totally order this.

Topped with Cheddar Cheese and a tinge of condensed milk,
its definitely worth my money. Good food = Happy Que.
Right? Hehehehe

I'm definitely coming back for the Cheese Martabak!
LARGE ONE FOR ME OKAY.
ALL MINE! Muahahahahaha!
After we were done eating, we wanted to try the Chocolate Martabak
because the previous two were damn good.
So we ordered a plate of Chocolate Martabak.

Food was good. Location is really convenient.
What's not to love? I'm gonna drop by Jtown Cafe again soon!
